Who will be walking or sitting with my dog?

You’ll always know who’s caring for your pet — it’s just me! I’m a local Bridgewater resident and lifelong animal lover who started Monster Walks to help dogs (and their humans) live calmer, happier lives.

Do you have experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments?

Yes! I’ve worked with everything from tiny terriers to giant breeds, and I understand that every dog has their own personality and pace. Whether your pup is shy, high-energy, reactive, or a certified snuggle monster — I’ve got them.

Are you certified in pet first aid or CPR?

I’m currently working toward my Pet First Aid certification and plan to complete it this season. Safety is my top priority.

Why did you start Monster Walks?

Monster Walks was born out of a love for animals and a passion for helping busy families feel at ease knowing their pets are in great hands. I saw a need for trustworthy, local care — especially for folks who live right here in town.

What types of services do you offer?

I offer dog walking, pet sitting (in your home), drop-in visits, and playtime sessions. Walks are available in 30 or 60-minute options.

What’s included in a typical walk or visit?

Each visit includes a walk or play session, water refill, treats (if allowed), a potty break, and lots of love. I’ll also send you a quick update and a cute photo, so you know how things went.

Do you walk multiple dogs at once?

Only if they’re from the same household. I focus on one-on-one attention so your dog gets a walk tailored to their energy and personality.

Can you accommodate puppies, senior dogs, or pets with special needs?

Absolutely. I adjust the pace and activities based on your dog’s age, health, and preferences.

Do you offer weekend or evening services?

Yes! I try to be as flexible as possible. Just let me know your schedule and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

How do you ensure my dog’s safety during walks?

I use secure leashes, avoid high-traffic areas, and stay alert to other dogs or distractions. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first.

What happens if there’s bad weather?

If it’s unsafe (thunderstorms, extreme heat/cold), I’ll switch to indoor play or a shorter potty break with enrichment activities — or we can reschedule if needed.

Do you walk dogs off-leash?

No, all walks are on-leash for safety unless you have a secure, fenced yard and request off-leash time.

What areas of Bridgewater do you serve?

I currently serve in-town Bridgewater only, as I don’t have a vehicle. If you’re unsure if you’re in range, just ask!

What if I live just outside town?

Unfortunately, I can’t travel outside of town at this time. That may change in the future as the business grows!

Are you insured or bonded?

I am in the process of setting up pet care insurance to add even more peace of mind for my clients.

How do I book a walk or visit?

You can send me a message through the contact form, social media, email, or text. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens! Please give at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

How do I pay for services?

I accept e-transfers at the moment to monsterwalks@yahoo.com. Weekly or monthly packages can be arranged for regular clients.

Can I set up recurring walks or sitting appointments?

Yes! I love working with regular clients and am happy to set up a recurring schedule that works for both of us.

Will I get updates or photos?

Definitely! I’ll send a quick note and a photo after each visit, so you know your pet is happy and cared for.

Can you feed or give medications to my pet?

Yes, as long as instructions are clear and provided in advance. I’m comfortable administering basic oral medications and feeding routines.

Do you bring your own poop bags, treats, or water?

Yes — I come prepared! If your dog has dietary restrictions or favourite treats, let me know.

Will you wipe paws or clean up accidents?

Yes! Paw wipes are part of my kit, and I’m happy to clean up minor messes as needed.

Can you bring in mail or water plants while I’m away?

Of course — just let me know what you need. I’m happy to help keep your home tidy while you’re gone.
